Der Werkstatt-Rat im Lwerk<\/h2>\n

Wenn man Probleme bei der Arbeit im Lwerk hat,
\n<\/span>kann man mit dem Werkstatt-Rat sprechen.
\n<\/span>Im Werkstatt-Rat sind behinderte Menschen,
\n<\/span>die sich um Probleme von den behinderten Kolleginnen und Kollegen k\u00fcmmern.<\/span><\/p>\n

Der Werkstatt-Rat kann zum Beispiel mit Vorgesetzten sprechen
\n<\/span>oder mit der Gesch\u00e4fts-F\u00fchrung
\n<\/span>oder mit Werkstatt-R\u00e4ten von anderen Werkst\u00e4tten
\n<\/span>oder mit Politikern.<\/span><\/p>\n

F\u00fcr den Werkstattrat gibt es ein Gesetz.
\n<\/span>Das hei\u00dft <\/span>Werkst\u00e4tten-Mitwirkungs-Verordnung<\/span>oder kurz gesagt auch <\/span>WMVO.
\n<\/span>Da steht, was der Werkstatt-Rat machen soll
\n<\/span>Und was er machen darf.<\/span><\/p>\n

Was kann der Werkstatt-Rat?<\/h2>\n

Der Werkstatt-Rat darf dabei\u00a0mit-reden:
\n<\/span>Wie soll mein Arbeits-Platz aussehen?
\n<\/span>Wann sind meine Pausen?
\n<\/span>Wann fange ich mit der Arbeit an, wann h\u00f6re ich auf?<\/span><\/p>\n

Wie viel Geld bekomme ich von der Werkstatt?
\n<\/span>Wenn die Werkstatt baut \u2013 was ist mir dabei wichtig?
\n<\/span>Wie kann ich ohne Gefahr arbeiten?<\/span><\/p>\n

Wie kommen wir gut miteinander in der Werkstatt aus?
\n<\/span>Wann kann ich Urlaub machen?
\n<\/span>Was gibt es in der Werkstatt zu essen?<\/span><\/p>\n

Der Werkstatt-Rat kann auch noch mehr.

Jede Werkstatt f\u00fcr Menschen mit Behinderung muss einen Werkstatt-Rat haben.

\nDas bedeutet Landes-Arbeits-Gemeinschaft Werkstatt-R\u00e4te Berlin<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Berliner Werkstatt-R\u00e4te kann man fragen,
\n<\/span>wenn man etwas mit Gesetzen oder Gerichten wissen will
\n<\/span>oder etwas mit einem Gutachten.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Berliner Werkstatt-R\u00e4te reden mit Politikern
\n<\/span>\u00fcber bessere Gesetze f\u00fcr Menschen mit Behinderung.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Leute im Werkstatt-Rat werden alle vier Jahre gew\u00e4hlt von den Kollegen.
